English translation
It is narrated from Fadala (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) taught me a ruqyah (spiritual healing) practice and permitted me to perform it on whomever I deemed appropriate. The Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said to me: Say like this: "Our Lord is Allah who is in the heavens, Your name is holy, Your command prevails in the earth and the heavens. O Allah! Just as Your command prevails in the heavens, let it prevail on the earth. Send down Your mercy upon us. O Allah, Lord of the pure people! Forgive our slips, sins, and mistakes. Send down Your mercy and grant healing to such-and-such person who is afflicted with suffering, so that he may become healthy." Say this three times, then recite the Mu'awwidhatayn (Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Naas) three times.
