حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، حَدَّثَنَا صَالِحُ بْنُ كَيْسَانَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ، قَالَ: قَالَ أَبُو رَافِعٍ: لَمْ يَأْمُرْنِي أَنْ أُنْزِلَهُ، وَلَكِنْ ضُرِبَتْ قُبَّتُهُ فَنَزَلَ. قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ قَالَ أَبِي سَأَلْتُ ابْنَ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ هَذَا (١)،
Translation
English translation
Sufyan narrated to us, Salih ibn Kaysan narrated to us, from Sulayman, who said: Abu Rafi‘ said: He did not command me to make him dismount, but I pitched his tent and he dismounted. ‘Abdullah said: My father said: I asked Ibn ‘Uyaynah about this.
