حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، وَحَجَّاجٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ هَمَّامِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا جَعَلَ يَمْدَحُ عُثْمَانَ فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَ مَعْنَى حَدِيثِ سُفْيَانَ (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, and Hajjaj informed us, Shu'bah from Mansur from Ibrahim from Hammam ibn al-Harith that a man began to praise 'Uthman, and he mentioned something similar in meaning to the hadith of Sufyan.
