Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ أَبِي صُعَيْرٍ، وَثَبَّتَنِيهِ مَعْمَرٌ (١) ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَشْرَفَ عَلَى قَتْلَى أُحُدٍ، فَقَالَ: " إِنِّي أَشْهَدُ عَلَى هَؤُلَاءِ، زَمِّلُوهُمْ بِكُلُومِهِمْ وَدِمَائِهِمْ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abdullah bin Thalabah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) came to the martyrs of Uhud and said: I bear witness regarding them. Shroud them in their wounds and blood.
