حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ مَوْلَى بَنِي هَاشِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ، عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ،، ، عَنْ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ السَّاعِدِيِّ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَا يَحِلُّ لِامْرِئٍ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ مَالَ أَخِيهِ بِغَيْرِ حَقِّهِ " وَذَلِكَ لِمَا حَرَّمَ اللهُ مَالَ الْمُسْلِمِ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِ، وقَالَ عُبَيْدُ بْنُ أَبِي قُرَّةَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ، حَدَّثَنِي سُهَيْلٌ (١) ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ السَّاعِدِيِّ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَا يَحِلُّ لِلرَّجُلِ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ عَصَا أَخِيهِ بِغَيْرِ طِيبِ نَفْسِهِ " وَذَلِكَ لِشِدَّةِ مَا حَرَّمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ مَالِ الْمُسْلِمِ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِ (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Humaid Sa'idi (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: It is not permissible for any person to take the wealth of his brother unjustly, because Allah has declared the wealth of one Muslim unlawful for another Muslim. It is narrated from Abu Humaid Sa'idi (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: It is not permissible for any person to take even the staff of his brother without his heartfelt consent, because the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) has declared the wealth of one Muslim unlawful for another Muslim.
