Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ السَّائِبَةِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سُعَادَ، عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " الْمَاءُ مِنَ الْمَاءِ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Ayyub Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) that the obligation of ghusl (ritual bath) is due to the emission of semen.
