حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ: وَسَمِعْتُهُ أَنَا مِنَ ابْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مُبَارَكٍ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِلأَسْلَمِيِّ: " لَعَلَّكَ قَبَّلْتَ أَوْ لَمَسْتَ أَوْ نَظَرْتَ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
“He is not one of us who has intercourse with a pregnant woman [i.e., a female prisoner of war who is pregnant]."
