حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ مَوْلَى بَنِي هَاشِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَرْبٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ شَدَّادٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " إِذَا أَتَى أَحَدُكُمُ الْخَلَاءَ فَلَا يَتَمَسَّحَنَّ بِيَمِينِهِ، وَإِذَا شَرِبَ فَلَا يَتَنَفَّسْ فِي إِنَائِهِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Qatadah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: When any one of you drinks something, he should not breathe into the vessel. When entering the toilet, he should not touch his private part with his right hand.
