Translation

English translation

It was narrated that Ibn ‘Abbas (رضي الله عنه) said:

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) woke up one day and there was no water in the camp. A man came to him and said: O Messenger of Allah, there is no water in the camp, He said: “Do you have anything?" He said: Yes. He said: "Bring it to me.” So he brought him a bottle in which there was a little water. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) put his fingers over the mouth of the vessel, and opened his fingers, and springs of water gushed from between his fingers. He instructed Bilal: “Call out to the people: Come and do wudoo’ with this blessed water."
