Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَجَّاجِ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ أَبِي الْقَاسِمِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: " رَمَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، جَمْرَةَ الْعَقَبَةِ، ثُمَّ ذَبَحَ، ثُمَّ حَلَقَ " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنه) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:
“There is no marriage except with a guardian, and the ruler is the guardian of the one who has no guardian.”
