حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ، سَمِعَهُ مِنْ أَبِي مُحَمَّدٍ، سَمِعَهُ مِنْ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ: أَصَابَ حِمَارَ وَحْشٍ، يَعْنِي وَهُوَ: مُحِلٌّ وَهُمْ مُحْرِمُونَ، فَسَأَلُوا النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ؟: " فَأَمَرَهُمْ بِأَكْلِهِ " (١)، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Qatadah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he hunted a wild donkey while he was not in the state of Ihram, and all the other companions were in Ihram. The people asked the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) about this, so the Prophet (ﷺ) permitted them to eat it.
