حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ، أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " نَهَى أَنْ يُخْلَطَ شَيْءٌ مِنْهُ بِشَيْءٍ، وَلَكِنْ لِيُنْتَبَذْ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا عَلَى حِدَةٍ " (١)، ،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Abu Qatadah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) forbade making nabidh by mixing different types of dates together, and said that their nabidh can be made separately.
