Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ، وَعَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ قَالا: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ، عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ الْحَضْرَمِيِّ، عَنْ نُعَيْمِ بْنِ هَمَّارٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَبُّكُمْ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: " صَلِّ لِي يَا ابْنَ آدَمَ أَرْبَعًا فِي أَوَّلِ النَّهَارِ أَكْفِكَ آخِرَهُ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Naeem (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) said: Allah Almighty says, O son of Adam! Perform four rak'ahs for My pleasure in the first part of the day, I will suffice you till the last part of the day.
