حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنِ النَّهَّاسِ بْنِ قَهْمٍ، حَدَّثَنِي شَدَّادٌ أَبُو عَمَّارٍ، عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " سِتٌّ مِنْ أَشْرَاطِ السَّاعَةِ: مَوْتِي، وَفَتْحُ بَيْتِ الْمَقْدِسِ، وَمَوْتٌ يَأْخُذُ فِي النَّاسِ كَقُعَاصِ الْغَنَمِ، وَفِتْنَةٌ يَدْخُلُ حَرْبُهَا بَيْتَ كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ، وَأَنْ يُعْطَى الرَّجُلُ أَلْفَ دِينَارٍ فَيَتَسَخَّطَهَا، وَأَنْ تَغْدِرَ الرُّومُ فَيَسِيرُونَ فِي ثَمَانِينَ بَنْدًا (١) ، تَحْتَ كُلِّ بَنْدٍ اثْنَا عَشَرَ أَلْفًا " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Mu'adh (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: Six things are among the signs of the Hour: my death, the conquest of Bayt al-Maqdis, the spread of a plague of death like it spreads among sheep, a trial whose war will enter every Muslim household, and that even if a person is given a thousand, he will remain displeased, and the Romans will deceive the Muslims and advance towards them under eighty banners, under each banner there will be twelve thousand soldiers.
