حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ (٢) حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو مُوسَى مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا، ، أَبُو دَاوُدَ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، أَخْبَرَنِي سِمَاكُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ قَبِيصَةَ بْنَ هُلْبٍ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: وَذَكَرَ الصَّدَقَةَ، قَالَ: " لَا يَجِيئَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ بِشَاةٍ لَهَا يُعَارٌ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ " (١)، •

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Hilb (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (may Allah be pleased with him) once, while mentioning charity, said: None of you should come on the Day of Resurrection with a goat that is crying.
