English translation

It is narrated from Abu Darda (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: On the Day of Resurrection, the first person to be granted permission to prostrate will be me, and I will be the first to be allowed to raise my head. Thus, when I look before me, I will recognize my Ummah among the other communities, and likewise, I will recognize my Ummah from behind and from the right and left as well. A man asked, "O Messenger of Allah! From Nuh (peace be upon him) until you, how will you recognize your Ummah among all the communities that have come?" The Noble Prophet (ﷺ) replied: The foreheads of the people of my Ummah will be radiant and shining due to the traces of ablution; this quality will not be found in anyone else. And I will also recognize them in that their books of deeds will be in their right hands, and that their minor children will be running ahead of them.
