Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا عِصَامُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ ضَمْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: " مِنْ فِقْهِ الرَّجُلِ رِفْقُهُ فِي مَعِيشَتِهِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Darda (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: A sign of a person's wisdom is that he adopts moderation in his financial affairs.
