حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، قَالَ: قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ: حَدَّثَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْأَحْوَصِ، مَوْلَى بَنِي لَيْثٍ، يُحَدِّثُنَا فِي مَجْلِسِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، وَابْنُ الْمُسَيَّبِ جَالِسٌ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا ذَرٍّ، يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: "لَا يَزَالُ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ مُقْبِلًا عَلَى الْعَبْدِ فِي صَلَاتِهِ مَا لَمْ يَلْتَفِتْ، فَإِذَا صَرَفَ وَجْهَهُ، انْصَرَفَ عَنْهُ " (١)، ،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: Allah Almighty continuously pays attention to His servant during prayer as long as he does not look to the right or left, but when he turns his face away, Allah also turns His face away.
