Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عِمْرَانَ الْجَوْنِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ،، ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَهُ: "يَا أَبَا ذَرٍّ، إِذَا طَبَخْتَ فَأَكْثِرِ الْمَرَقَةَ، وَتَعَاهَدْ جِيرَانَكَ، أَوْ اقْسِمْ بَيْنَ جِيرَانِكَ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) once said to him: O Abu Dharr! When you cook food, increase its broth and take care of your neighbors.
