حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مَعْرُوفٍ،، ، أَنَّ أَبَا ذَرٍّ، حَدَّثَهُمْ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: "لَوْ أَنَّ عَبْدِي اسْتَقْبَلَنِي بِقُرَابِ الْأَرْضِ خَطَايَا، اسْتَقْبَلْتُهُ بِقُرَابِهَا مَغْفِرَةً " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said (Allah Almighty says): If My servant comes before Me with sins filling the earth, I will come before him with forgiveness filling the earth.
