English translation

Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) says that it is more beloved to me to swear ten times that Ibn Sayyad is the Dajjal than to swear once that he is not the Dajjal. The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) once sent me to his mother and said, "Go and ask her how long she carried Ibn Sayyad in her womb." So I went and asked her, and she replied, "I carried him for twelve months." The Prophet (ﷺ) sent me to her again and said, "Ask her what his cry was like when he was born." I went again and asked her this question, and she replied, "He cried and screamed like a one-month-old child." Then, once, the Prophet (ﷺ) said to him, "I have thought of something in my mind for you, tell me what it is." He said, "You have thought of the nose of a white goat and smoke for me." He wanted to say the word "dukhan" (smoke), but he could not say it, so he only said "dukh." The Prophet (ﷺ) said to him, "Go away, you can never go beyond your status."
