حَدَّثَنَا عَتَّابُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ، أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ، عَنْ، ، الزُّهْرِيِّ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَرْوَانَ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ (١) بْنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ يَغُوثَ، عَنْ أُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: "إِنَّ مِنَ الشِّعْرِ حِكْمَةً " قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ: وَحَدَّثَنِي مَعْمَرٌ، مِثْلَهُ سَوَاءً غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ جَعَلَ مَكَانَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ عُرْوَةَ (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ubayy bin Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: Some poetry contains wisdom.
