Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: قَدِمَتْ عِيرٌ الْمَدِينَةَ، فَاشْتَرَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْهَا فَرَبِحَ أَوَاقِيَّ، فَقَسَمَهَا فِي أَرَامِلِ بَنِي عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ، وَقَالَ: " لَا أَشْتَرِي، ، شَيْئًا لَيْسَ عِنْدِي ثَمَنُهُ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنه) said:
The Prophet (ﷺ) was praying and two young girls from Banu 'Abdul-Muttalib came and held onto his knees, and he separated them (the two girls).
