حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ أُمِّهِ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ حُسَيْنٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، وَصَفْوَانُ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ أُمِّهِ، فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ حُسَيْنٍ،، ، أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتِ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَا تُدِيمُوا إِليَ الْمَجْذُومِينَ النَّظَرَ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said:
I wish that the people would reduce one-third to one-quarter when making bequests, because the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "One third is a lot.”
