حَدِيثُ أَبِي سُودٍ (١)، ٢٠٧٤٧ - حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ شَيْخٍ مِنْ بَنِي تَمِيمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سُودٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " الْيَمِينُ الْفَاجِرَةُ الَّتِي يَقْتَطِعُ بِهَا الرَّجُلُ مَالَ الْمُسْلِمِ، تَعْقِمُ الرَّحِمَ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Saud that I heard the Prophet (peace be upon him) say: That false oath through which a person unjustly takes the wealth of a Muslim severs kinship ties.
