حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بَكْرٍ السَّهْمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمَلِيحِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ قَوْمِهِ أَعْتَقَ شَقِيصًا لَهُ مِنْ مَمْلُوكٍ، فَرَفَعَ ذَلِكَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَجَعَلَ خَلَاصَهُ عَلَيْهِ فِي مَالِهِ، وَقَالَ: " لَيْسَ لِلَّهِ شَرِيكٌ ". Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Usama (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man from his tribe freed his share in a slave. This matter was presented before the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), so the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) made his complete emancipation obligatory from his wealth and said: There is no partner with Allah Almighty.
