Humaid bin Hilal says that a man from the Tufawah tribe used to pass by us. One day he came to our tribe and said, "I went to Madinah Munawwarah with a caravan of mine. There we sold our trade goods. Then I thought that I should go to that person, meaning the Prophet (ﷺ), so that after returning I could inform those behind me about him. So I set out towards the Prophet (ﷺ). When I reached there, the Prophet (ﷺ) showed me a house and said, 'A woman used to live in this house. Once, she went out with a Muslim army and left behind twelve goats and a spindle with which she used to weave cloth. When she returned, she saw that one of her goats and the spindle were missing. She pleaded in the court of Allah, saying, "O Lord, You are the guarantor of those who go out in Your path for jihad that You will protect them. Now my goat and spindle are lost. I beseech You to return my goat and spindle." The Prophet (ﷺ) mentioned the intensity of her supplication and said that the next day she found her goat and another goat like it, and similarly her spindle and another spindle like it.' The Prophet (ﷺ) said, 'Come, if you wish, you can ask that woman yourself.' I said, 'I affirm your truthfulness.'"
