حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا زَمْعَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، وَسَلَمَةَ بْنِ وَهْرَامَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، صَلَّى عَلَى بِسَاطٍ " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated that 'Abdur-Rahman bin 'Abis said: I said to Ibn 'Abbas:
Were you present on Eid with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)? He said: Yes; were it not for my being close to him, I would not have been present because I was too young. He said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) came out and prayed two rak'ahs at Dar Katheer bin as-Salt, then he delivered the khutbah. And he did not mention any adhan or iqamah.
