حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكَرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَا يَقْضِي الْقَاضِي بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ وَهُوَ غَضْبَانُ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: No ruler should judge between two people while he is angry.
