حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، وَأَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا عُيَيْنَةُ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكَرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَنْ قَتَلَ مُعَاهَدًا فِي غَيْرِ كُنْهِهِ، حَرَّمَ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ الْجَنَّةَ "، قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ: " كُنْهُهُ: حَقٌّ " (١) (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Whoever kills a Mu'ahid (a person with whom there is a peace treaty) unjustly, Allah makes Paradise forbidden for him.
