حَدَّثَنَا عَارِمٌ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ التَّيْمِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ، وَلَيْسَ بِالنَّهْدِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ مَعْقِلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " اقْرَءُوهَا عَلَى مَوْتَاكُمْ " يَعْنِي يس (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ma'qil bin Yasar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Recite Surah Yaseen over your dead.
