حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ نَصْرِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْهُمْ، " أَنَّهُ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَسْلَمَ عَلَى أَنَّهُ لَا يُصَلِّي إِلَّا صَلَاتَيْنِ، فَقَبِلَ ذَلِكَ مِنْهُ " (٣)، ،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from a companion that when he came to the Prophet (peace be upon him) to accept Islam, he set the condition that he would perform only two prayers. The Prophet (peace be upon him) accepted his condition.
