حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مِسْعَرٌ، عَنْ مَعْبَدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ، قَالَ: " كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقْرَأُ فِي الْجُمُعَةِ بِسَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الْأَعْلَى، وَهَلْ أَتَاكَ حَدِيثُ الْغَاشِيَةِ " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Samurah bin Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) used to recite "Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High" (Surah Al-A'la) and "Has there come to you the narration of the Overwhelming?" (Surah Al-Ghashiyah) in the Friday prayer.
