حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، وَيَعْلَى هُوَ ابْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي خَالِدٍ وَهُوَإِسْمَاعِيلُ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ أَبِي أَوْفَى يَقُولُ: دَعَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى الْأَحْزَابِ فَقَالَ: " اللهُمَّ مُنْزِلَ الْكِتَابِ، سَرِيعَ الْحِسَابِ، هَازِمِ الْأَحْزَابِ اهْزِمْهُمْ وَزَلْزِلْهُمْ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Abi Awfa (may Allah be pleased with him) that on the occasion of the Battle of Ahzab, the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) supplicated against the armies of the polytheists, saying: O Allah, the One Who sent down the Book! The Swift in reckoning, the Defeater of the armies, defeat them and shake them.
