حَدِيثُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ الْأَوْسِيِّ (١)، ١٩٠١٧ - حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَخِي ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، أَنَّ شَبْلَ (٢) بْنَ خُلَيْدٍ الْمُزَنِيَّ، أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ مَالِكٍ الْأَوْسِيَّ أخْبَرَهُ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لِلْوَلِيدَةِ: " إِنْ زَنَتْ فَاجْلِدُوهَا، ثُمَّ إِنْ زَنَتْ فَاجْلِدُوهَا، ثُمَّ إِنْ زَنَتْ فَاجْلِدُوهَا، ثُمَّ إِنْ زَنَتْ فَبِيعُوهَا وَلَوْ بِضَفِيرٍ "، وَالضَّفِيرُ: الْحَبْلُ، فِي الثَّالِثَةِ أَوْ فِي الرَّابِعَةِ (٣)، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abdullah bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said regarding a slave woman: If she commits adultery, then flog her; if she does it again, then flog her; on the third or fourth time, he said: then sell her, even if you have to sell her for a rope.
