Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Abdur Rahman bin Ya'mar (may Allah be pleased with him) that some people from Najd came and asked the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) about Hajj. I heard the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) say: "Hajj is (standing at) the Day of Arafah. Whoever reaches the plain of Arafat before the dawn prayer on the night of Muzdalifah, his Hajj is complete. And there are three days in Mina, so whoever returns after two days, there is no sin upon him, and whoever returns later, there is also no sin upon him." Then the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) made a man sit behind him who began to announce these words.
