حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، (١) عَنْ هِلَالٍ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ قَيْسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِذَا تَوَضَّأْتَ فَانْتَثِرْ (٢) ، وَإِذَا اسْتَجْمَرْتَ فَأَوْتِرْ " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Salamah bin Qais (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: When you perform ablution, clean your nose, and when you use stones for istinja (purification), use an odd number of stones.
