حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ (٣) ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَلْعُونٌ مَنْ سَبَّ أَبَاهُ، مَلْعُونٌ، ، مَنْ سَبَّ أُمَّهُ، مَلْعُونٌ مَنْ ذَبَحَ لِغَيْرِ اللهِ، مَلْعُونٌ مَنْ غَيَّرَ تُخُومَ الْأَرْضِ، مَلْعُونٌ مَنْ كَمَهَ أَعْمَى عَنْ طَرِيقٍ، مَلْعُونٌ مَنْ وَقَعَ عَلَى بَهِيمَةٍ، مَلْعُونٌ مَنْ عَمِلَ بِعَمَلِ قَوْمِ لُوطٍ " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated that Ibn "Abbas said:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) sent his daughter back to her husband Abul-"As bin ar-Rabee’ on the basis of their original marriage contract and he did not do a new marriage contract.
