Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا الْأَجْلَحُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمَيْنِ يَلْتَقِيَانِ فَيَتَصَافَحَانِ، إِلَّا غُفِرَ لَهُمَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَتَفَرَّقَا " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Bara that the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) said: When two Muslims meet each other and shake hands, before they separate, their sins are forgiven.
