Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Bara bin Azib (may Allah be pleased with him) that we reached Hudaybiyyah, which was a well, and its water had become very little. We were fourteen hundred people. A bucket was drawn from it. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) took water with his blessed hand, rinsed his mouth, and poured the water of the rinse into the well itself and made supplication. And we became well satiated with that water.
