حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، كَانَ إِذَا نَامَ وَضَعَ يَدَهُ الْيُمْنَى تَحْتَ خَدِّهِ وَقَالَ: " اللهُمَّ قِنِي عَذَابَكَ يَوْمَ تَبْعَثُ عِبَادَكَ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Bara’ (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) intended to sleep, he would make his right hand a pillow and recite this supplication: O Allah! On the day You gather Your servants, protect me from Your punishment.
