حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ عُمَرُ (٢) بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ مِثْلَهُ، وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ فِيهِ: إِفْشَاءَ السَّلَامِ، وَقَالَ: نَهَانَا عَنْ آنِيَةِ الذَّهَبِ، وَالْفِضَّةِ (٣)،
Translation
English translation
Narrated to us by Abu Dawud Umar ibn Sa'd, from Sufyan, similarly, but he did not mention in it: spreading the greeting of peace, and he said: He forbade us from (using) vessels of gold and silver.
