Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي زِيَادٍ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: " اللهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلمُحَلِّقِينَ "، فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ: وَلِلمُقَصِّرِينَ؟ فَقَالَ: " اللهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلمُحَلِّقِينَ "، فَقَالَ الرَّجُلُ: وَلِلمُقَصِّرِينَ؟ فَقَالَ فِي الثَّالِثَةِ - أَوِ الرَّابِعَةِ -: " وَلِلمُقَصِّرِينَ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated from Ibn "Abbas that
the Prophet (ﷺ) moved on from ‘Arafat with Usamah seated behind him on his mount, and he moved on from Muzdalifah with al-Fadl bin "Abbas seated behind him on his mount. And he continued to recite the Talbiyah until he stoned Jamratal-"Aqabah.
