حَدِيثُ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ، ١٨٤٦٨ - حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي وَإِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ يَوْمَ حُنَيْنٍ: " أَنَا النَّبِيُّ لَا كَذِبْ أَنَا ابْنُ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبْ " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Bara bin Azib (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) reciting this verse during the Battle of Hunain: "I am a true Prophet, there is no lie in this. I am the son of Abdul Muttalib."
