حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، وَسُرَيْجٌ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ، عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ، عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ، قَالَ: " وَاللهِ إِنِّي لَأَعْلَمُ النَّاسِ بِوَقْتِ هَذِهِ الصَّلَاةِ صَلَاةِ الْعِشَاءِ الْآخِرَةِ، كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يُصَلِّيهَا لِسُقُوطِ الْقَمَرِ لِثَالِثَةٍ (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Nu'man (may Allah be pleased with him) that I know the time of the Isha prayer of the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) better than all people. The Noble Prophet (ﷺ) used to offer this prayer after the setting of the moon in the first third of the night at the beginning of the month.
