حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النُّعْمَانَ بْنَ بَشِيرٍ، يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " أَنْذَرْتُكُمُ النَّارَ، أَنْذَرْتُكُمُ النَّارَ " حَتَّى لَوْ كَانَ رَجُلٌ كَانَ فِي أَقْصَى السُّوقِ، (٢) سَمِعَهُ، وَسَمِعَ أَهْلُ السُّوقِ صَوْتَهُ، وَهُوَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ (٣)،
Translation
English translation
Simak (may Allah have mercy on him) says: I heard Nu'man (may Allah be pleased with him) while he was wrapped in a cloak during a sermon, saying: I heard the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) delivering a sermon, and he was saying: I have warned you about Hell. If a person were at such and such a distance, even then he would have heard the voice of the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ).
