English translation
It is narrated from Nu'man (may Allah be pleased with him) that once Siddiq Akbar (may Allah be pleased with him) came to the service of the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) and began to seek permission to enter. In the meantime, the raised voice of Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) reached his ears. When permission was granted and he entered, he caught hold of Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) and said, "O daughter of Roman! Do you raise your voice in front of the Holy Prophet (ﷺ)?" The Holy Prophet (ﷺ) intervened and saved Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her). When Siddiq Akbar (may Allah be pleased with him) left, the Holy Prophet (ﷺ), teasing Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), said, "Did you see how I saved you from that person?" After a little while, Siddiq Akbar (may Allah be pleased with him) came again, sought permission, and entered. He saw that the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) was making Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) laugh. Siddiq Akbar (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "O Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)! Include me in your reconciliation just as you included me in your dispute."
