حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ، حَدَّثَنَا فِطْرٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الضُّحَى، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ النُّعْمَانَ بْنَ بَشِيرٍ، يَقُولُ: انْطَلَقَ بِي أَبِي إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَعْنِي يُشْهِدُهُ عَلَى عَطِيَّةٍ يُعْطِينِيهَا، فَقَالَ: " هَلْ لَكَ وَلَدٌ، ، غَيْرُهُ؟ " قَالَ: نَعَمْ، قَالَ: " فَسَوِّ بَيْنَهُمْ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Nu'man (may Allah be pleased with him) that his father gave him a gift and came to the service of the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) to make him a witness to it and mentioned the matter. The Holy Prophet (ﷺ) asked him, "Do you have any other children besides him?" He said, "Yes!" The Holy Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Then give to all equally."
