حَدِيثُ عَامِرِ بْنِ شَهْرٍ (١)، ١٨٢٨٥ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَامِرُ بْنُ شَهْرٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ: " خُذُوا مِنْ قَوْلِ قُرَيْشٍ، وَدَعُوا فِعْلَهُمْ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aamir bin Shahr (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) saying: "Observe the Quraish, take their words, and leave their actions."
