حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَاطِبٍ، قَالَ: وَقَعَتِ الْقِدْرُ عَلَى يَدِي، فَاحْتَرَقَتْ يَدِي (٢) ، فَانْطَلَقَ بِي (٣) أَبِي إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَكَانَ يَتْفُلُ فِيهَا، وَيَقُولُ (٤) : " أَذْهِبِ الْبَأَسَ (٥) رَبَّ النَّاسِ " وَأَحْسِبُهُ قَالَ: " وَاشْفِهِ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي " (٦)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Muhammad bin Hatib (may Allah be pleased with him) that once a pot fell on my hand. My mother took me to the service of the Noble Prophet (ﷺ). At that time, the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) was at a particular place. The Noble Prophet (ﷺ) prayed for me, saying: "O Lord of the people! Remove this pain," and perhaps he also said, "Grant him healing, for You are the only One who gives healing." After that, the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) applied his blessed saliva to me.
